FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q.  How much do you charge to deliver

A.  We charge only $3.95 per delivery.  Additional fees may be charged if your delivery is in excess of 15 miles roundtrip.

Q.  What hours are you open?

A.  OurHours of Operation are as follows:

  • Lunch Hours:        
  • Tuesday - Friday 11:00am - 3:00pm. 
  • All lunch catering orders must be placed 24 hours in advance .  There is a minimum $50.00 lunch order total.
  • Dinner Hours:     
  • Tuesday - Saturday    5:00pm-9:00pm.  (Closed Sun & Mon)
  • There is a $15 minimum dinner order. 

Q.  What forms of payment do you accept?

A.  We accept cash & the following credit cards:

  • Visa, MasterCard & American Express
  • We accept company checks
  • We only accept personal checks on established accounts.  You must have prior approval.

Q.  Can I use restaurant coupons?

A.  We're sorry, but no.  Our participating restaurants still want to serve you in person for those nights out.  So save those coupons for your full service dining experiences!

Q.  Can I order from a restaurant that is not listed as a participating restaurant? 

A.  Yes!  You can order from a non participating restaurant BUT be aware that there is an additional upcharge assessed for non-participating restaurants.  Our menus indicate which restaurants are participating (no upcharge) and which are not (disclaimer on menu site).  To keep your costs down, we strongly encourage you to order from one of our excellent participating restaurants.

Q.  I can't seem to order from your website even though you should be open.  What can I do?

A. Usually you just need to "refresh" your page (usually up and down green arrows) and that should do the trick!  However, if that does not work - please give us a call.  We will be glad to help you troubleshoot the problem or take your order over the phone.

Q.  Will you deliver to me if I live 10 miles away from the restaurant I want to order from?

A.   Yes!  We deliver to the Greater Cookeville area, including Baxter & Algood. See the delivery zones and rates below.

Q.  How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees - The majority of deliveries will incur a $3.95 delivery charge.  Delivery charges are determined by "zones" and roundtrip mileage from the restaurant to the delivery destination.  The zones are as follows:

  • Zone "A" deliveries - 15 miles or less roundtrip..............$3.95 fee
  • Zone "B" deliveries - 15-20 miles or less roundtrip..........$5.95 fee
  • Zone "C" deliveries - over 20 miles roundtrip..................$7.95 fee 
  • Delivery from a second restaurant will incur a $2.95 charge. 

We have dropped our delivery charges to accomodate our customers; however, increasing gas prices have made delivery more expensive and we have to tier our delivery charges accordingly!

Q.  Do I need to tip the driver?

A.  Our drivers receive an hourly wage but use their own gas  They work hard to get the food to you as quickly and safely as possible.  Tips are a large part of their income and are greatly appreciated. 

Q.  Are you open for lunch?

A.  Yes, we are open for lunch.  However, we only accept orders placed 24 hours in advance and have a minimum order requirement of $50.00.  We can accomodate catering orders for large office meetings, retreats, conventions etc.  All orders over $100.00 will not be charged a delivery fee.

Q.  Why aren't you open every day?

A.  We are a family run business and take Sunday and Monday off.  As the business grows and we are able to accomodate additional employees - we will expand our hours of operation to include Sunday and Monday and later night time hours per your requests.  We will be closed on the following holidays:   

  • Fourth of July 
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
